Camp under starlit skies before heading toward Kaza, the cultural heart of Spiti Valley. Explore ancient monasteries, remote villages like Hikkim, Komic, and Langza, and soak in the raw, spiritual beauty of the Himalayas. This is not just a road trip—it's an adventure through time and terrain.
Itinerary
Day 0.
Delhi to Manali
- Get ready to be departed from Delhi by Evening
- Reach Manali next morning by an overnight Volvo
Day 1.
Manali Sightseeing
- After breakfast, get ready for the local sightseeing of Manali.
- visit the ancient cave temple- Hadimba devi temple and Manu Temple, dedicated to Sage Manu.
- Later explore streets of old Manali and try different cuisines at the local Cafe's.
- Come back to the hotel by evening. Dinner and Overnight stay in Manali.
Day 2.
Manali to Kaza
- Wake up early in the morning and after hot and fresh breakfast head towards Kaza via Atal tunnel.
- Enjoy the magical drive over Kunzum Pass to enter the middle land-mystic Spiti Valley.
- Enjoy the mesmerizing views of beautiful landscapes on the drive to Kaza.
- Reach Kaza in the evening. Check in to the hotel and freshen up.
- Overnight in Kaza.
Day 3.
Kaza Sightseeing
- After Breakfast, spend some time at leisure.
- Head towards Langza i.e. a high-altitude village known for ancient marine fossils. Collect some fossils to take memories of nature home.
- After Langza head towards Hikkim i.e. At 4,400m above sea level. It is known for being the home of the highest post office in the world. You can send postcards to friends and family.
- After Hikkim, visit Komic Village i.e. a destination where you would see how heaven meets earth. It is World's Highest motorable village and is situated at a height of 18000 ft above sea level.
- Visit the spectacular Tibetan Buddhist Key Monastery located on a picturesque hilltop at an altitude of 4,166 meters above sea level.
Day 4.
Kaza - Chandrataal
- Wake up early and after having a hearty breakfast, leave for beautiful crescent shaped Chandratal Lake.
- Enroute visit the highest Asia'shighest suspended bridgeChiCham Bridge and stop at oldest monastery in Spiti ValleyKey Gompa Monastery.
- ln the afternoon reach Chandratal, beauty of this place is spectacular and the lake is overlooked by the mountains.
- Check in to the campsite near Chandratal. Dinner and overnight in camps under the gaze of milky way Galaxy.
Day 5.
Departure via Manali
- Post breakfast we will start our journey back to Manali through Kaza Road.
- On the way, we will be crossing Atal tunnel and pass through some stunning landscape to reach Manali by afternoon.
- After some leisure time at cafes in Manali, we will be boarding an evening volvo to Delhi.
- Overnight journey to Delhi. Reach Delhi the next morning with beautiful trip memories
