Day 1
Arrival – Guwahati to Bhalukpong

Upon your arrival at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station, meet our representative and begin your scenic drive towards Bhalukpong. En route, visit the sacred Bhairavkunda, a peaceful riverside pilgrimage site surrounded by lush greenery. Continue your journey through beautiful landscapes before reaching Bhalukpong, the gateway to Arunachal Pradesh. In the evening, explore the local market, enjoy a delicious dinner, and relax with an overnight stay.

Day 2
Bhalukpong – Dirang

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive towards the charming hill town of Dirang. En route, visit the serene Thupsung Dhargye Ling (TDL) Monastery, offering breathtaking valley views and a peaceful spiritual atmosphere. Continue to the picturesque Mandala Top, famous for its 108 Buddhist Stupas, panoramic Himalayan views, and rich birdlife. Day 3
Dirang – Tawang

Day 4
Tawang Local Sightseeing

 

After breakfast, explore the cultural and historical attractions of Tawang. Visit the magnificent Tawang Monastery, the largest monastery in India, followed by the impressive Giant Buddha Statue, offering panoramic views of the town. Later, visit the Tawang War Memorial, dedicated to the brave soldiers of the 1962 Indo-China War. In the evening, witness the captivating Light & Sound Show at the memorial before returning to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5
Excursion to Bumla Pass & Madhuri Lake

After an early breakfast, embark on an exciting excursion to the Indo-China border. Travel by Union Taxi to explore the breathtaking Bumla Pass, one of the highest motorable mountain passes in India. Visit the serene P.T. Tso (Pankang Teng Tso) Lake and the picturesque Madhuri Lake (Sangetsar Lake), famous for its crystal-clear waters and its appearance in the Bollywood movie Koyla. Return to Tawang by evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6
Tawang – Bomdila

After breakfast, check out and begin your journey towards Bomdila. En route, stop at the spectacular Nuranang Waterfall (Jang Falls), one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Arunachal Pradesh. Drive back via the scenic Sela Pass, enjoying the breathtaking mountain views before reaching Bomdila. Check in to your hotel, enjoy dinner, and relax with an overnight stay.

Day 7
Bomdila – Guwahati Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Guwahati, enjoying the final views of the Eastern Himalayas along the way.
